We love testimonials… here is one we received recently from the owner of Creative Elements, a furniture gallery in Grand Rapids, Ohio.

Dan and Ted:
We wanted to thank you for delivering on a promise. In 2006, we worked with you on a complete makeover of the kitchen in our home. At the time, you educated us on the value of upgrading a kitchen for both investment and resale value of a home. Despite knowing this to be fact, I was still a little skeptical that it was really true.
This past summer, we decided to sell our home and move into a larger one in Napoleon. We took this leap of faith, knowing that the housing market was moving at a turtle’s pace. After two months we sold our house for more than we hoped to receive. The value of our home had increased substantially, and the realtor’s comment was, “the kitchen played a major role in the buyer’s decision.”
We are writing this letter as a testimonial to anyone you work with that is teetering on the fence, wondering if upgrading a kitchen is really worth it. We truly believe the kitchen was vital in the selling of our home and worth the money spent. The quality of your workmanship and design helped sell our home and enhance the resale value. We could not be happier with the result!
Thanks again for your great work. We hope you have a prosperous 2009!
Sincerely,
Chris
Thanks Chris for the update and the kind words!
